Aroma Freedom Technique for Business Development

by

Ever heard of the phrase, “you’re only as strong as your weakest link”? This is true for any team, organization, business, group, etc. But what makes a “weak link?”

A weak link might be someone that:

  • isn’t motivated,
  • does the bare minimum to just get by (if he/she does anything at all),
  • doesn’t have the skills to complete the job requirements,
  • always has something to complain about and feels the need to share those complaints with anyone and everyone, or
  • comes in late all the time and leaves before getting the work done.

You can probably think of many more attributes and definitely have someone in mind that fits the description.

Have you ever really thought about WHY this person is that way? Sure, it’s easy to make a judgment on what you see, what they don’t do, etc., but what is really at the root of their behavior?

The answer: NO CLUE. I have no clue, you have no clue, and worse yet that individual probably doesn’t have much of a clue either. Why? Because it’s much easier to just take things as they are and react/respond vs getting to the root of the matter.

Raise your hand if you’ve ever witnessed/experienced a situation where the office atmosphere was buzzing along as usual and Joe Smith comes barging in with a bad attitude. Drama at home hitched a ride to work and now that negativity is seeping into every cubicle. And if you have an open-concept floor plan, the negativity spreads even faster. No walls to slow it down!

It only takes one bad mood and that productive buzz in the office has turned into a rumbling of complaints and unfocused chatter. Bye-bye, deadlines. Farewell, quality work.

But what if Joe had an outlet to lock that drama back into the car, or better yet, dissolve it all together. Joe is happier. The office is happier. Business development improves. The boss/the Board is happier. #everyonewins

In a world where time is money and business development is a priority, no business (for-profit or non-profit) can afford to waste either commodity and be slowed down by those weak links. The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) can help get to the root of the matter…and very quickly.

But don’t take my word for it…

As a way to help my employees focus and become more productive in the workplace, I have Shanna with First 3 Oils come to the office and perform private AFT sessions. The results are great. My employees have expressed their desire for us to continue our monthly sessions. I have seen visible changes in demeanor and attentiveness following the sessions. As a business owner, I think this is a great and inexpensive way to invest in your employees’ personal and professional successes. If they are winning, I am winning.”

Weak links don’t have to stay weak links…they can be strengthened. The Aroma Freedom Technique can help build that strength by removing the “kink” in those links. Stronger links make for a great foundation to a stronger organization.

So what’s the hold-up? Why are you wasting time? Invest in your team and help them reach their business goals. Schedule a free aroma freedom technique session with Shanna Romanillos.
